Today was a relaxing day where we enjoyed cooking and eating many different traditional Thai dishes. Our instructor took us through their garden where they grow a wide variety of herbs and spices including ginseng, basil, and turmeric. We then went through and made a multi course meal that included salad, stir-fry, soup, curry, a spring roll, and a dessert. The food was delicious and we were sent home with a cookbook so we can continue to cook Thai food in the future. Chokh dī!
